Greetings all,

Whenever I open a brand new powder vial, first pin I draw all air into the syringe and let the vial suck it in, pressurizing it for easier draws and to know it was sealed properly. A brand new peptide vial I just popped had no vacum seal at all, does that mean it's bad should I just toss it, or could it still be good/potent?

I’ve had it happen on a couple of vials. No idea why but I used them anyways and they worked exactly as expected.

Appreciate it BC22. Fuck it I'm going to mix it and pin it's only BPC157. I reached out to the source I got this from and they are sending a no hassle or cost replacement, pretty nice.

That’s awesome of your source. 1 of my recent vials that had the same issue was also BPC157. Used it and worked just as well as all the other vials I’ve used.

Back the day when I repped the peptide companies, I was told some vials were sealed with nitrogen inside, so no vacuum seal. They worked just fine!

Not every manufacture vaccum seals. This includes US pharma grade prescription. Vaccum seal means nothing. These threads pop up alot. you are fine

I disagree. It does matter and good shops vacuum seal these days. I reached out to mine and they said a new one is on the way, no questions asked. Cheers.

I've spoken to some old heads within my circle of trust since my op, as well as researched a good bit on my own. These days in this amazing competitive quality choices market, they should be sealed. If they usually are (and this source usually has them vacuumed) and it's not, that may be a sign of a bad batch or who knows. I choose sources that seal; it shows commitment to quality lab equipment and procedures as well as practices. That said, I'm pinning the one that is NOT sealed so I know, /hypocrite much LOL. Cheers.
