Looking for honest opinions for next weeks meal plan. I am 5’9” 230lbs and 34 years old.

6a.m. ---- WORK

8a.m. Meal #1 – 2 Eggs w/ 138g of Egg Whites

11am. Meal #2 – 8oz Chicken Breast w/ 2 cups of Green Beans

2p.m. Meal #3 – 8oz Chicken Breast w/ 2 cups of Zucchini

5p.m. – Workout

6p.m. – Meal #4 – 3 Cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk w/ 2 Scoop of Protein Powder

9p.m. – Meal #5 – 6oz Ground Chicken, 2 Cups of Cauliflower Rice, 2 Eggs

10:30p.m. ---- BED
