I am 5'5" and 125lbs... not really looking to loose weight just get ripped!!
I work out right now about 4 times a week.. mixture of cardio and some weights.. not really sure what to do as far as weights??
I try to get at least 30 min of cardio at least 4 times a week.
I eat pretty clean.. no bread, no butter, no deep fried food... but I have to confess I do like some junk and alcohol... everyone has their weeknesses.. right??!! lol
