Wassup Brothers, I want to Run a cycle of An HGH cycle And Then Occasionally Run Testosterone, but my question is what type and how much HGH should I cycle? I Turned 18 a few months ago and weigh 175. and heard you stop growing officially at 20 and was looking into IGF9, Somatropin and GHRP2 but I don't know which one to pick and how much.

Welcome to ASF. You don’t need any Hgh or test at your age man. Enjoy your teens and keep putting in hard work at the gym. There’s plenty of time for gear later in life. To start gear at your age would be nothing short of foolish.

Welcome to ASF. You don’t need any Hgh or test at your age man. Enjoy your teens and keep putting in hard work at the gym. There’s plenty of time for gear later in life. To start gear at your age would be nothing short of foolish.
Yeah I know being 5,7 these days and trying to get girls today is hard I was hoping that HGH would be the best and cheapest way to get taller

I would suggest slowing down a bit, dig in and do a LOT of research, you will be able to find volumes of info regarding your questions, take your time, try to reach your genetic limits naturally, I would think that getting your routine, nutrition and rest dialed in over the next 8-10 years, good luck to you moving forward young brother

You would be messing with some serious stuff man. Trust me you’ll find some chicks that don’t care about height. Keep your focus on the gym and your education because you have your whole life ahead of you.

Who told you you stop growing at 20. As said above. You are too young IMO. At your age all you need to do is lift, eat, and sleep. Not trying to be a dick, but it may come across that way. There are to many young guys out there that just want to lift and take AAS and think that’s all they have to do. You have to eat. Best of luck to you, and Welcome.

I would stay on the forum. There is a lot of knowledge on here. Get a meal plan app if you don’t already have one. I use meal prep pro you have to pay for it, but there are good ones for free out there. The app can really dumb it down, the way I need it.

Everyone’s growth plates close at different times. I was 6’ in 8th grade and havnt grown since.

I’m please verify, I havnt not used GH at all so i am not an expert.

I remember reading (can’t find the source for the life of me) that GH has a short half life. Hypothetically you could take your GH first thing in the AM, as it’s out of your system before bed. Meaning you wouldn’t shut down your natural GH.

Assuming your growth plates are not closed, this could help achieve growth beyond your genetic potential.

Worth noting. If you have undiagnosed cancer, adding GH is like pouring gasoline on a fire.

Personal note. I don’t think the risks are worth it to achieve a few additional inches in hight.

Having a muscular physique is a better indicator of female attraction then hight (according to science)

Imo, eat clean, get jacked, learn how to be funny. You will pull more girls that way then being tall. Less chance of cancer too.

Best cycle will be food, sleep, and training. No need for drugs at 18.

Welcome man! Even if your not going to jump on anytime soon (and you definitely should not), you might want to hang out a little bit and educate yourself on the topic if you plan on getting on in the future. The more info you have the better!

I agree with the general consensus here. Take full advantage of your youth and natural potential. Worry less about girls. Most women, worth having, are attracted to emotionally and physically healthy men with confidence and purpose in life. Be the best version of yourself you can be, pursue worthy goals, and the right one will come along.

Also, start tracking your hormone levels. At least once a year when you do your yearly blood work with your doctor. It will help you have a more clear picture of when is the right time to start.

I was a small kid..and at 31..I was 125lbs....not cool..!!
I tried nearly everything to get bigger..
Then Gear....yes I gained size..
But what held me back..
Was not eating right..

Got to Eat to Win..Brother..!!
That's It..!!
Learn about Nutrition and start Eating right..
Yeah,it's can be expensive..
But,it's will make a huge difference..

Don't be like me and think you're Eating OK..!!
Without proper Nutrition..nothing will Work..!!
