Like others been looking around and researching the site.

6’1”
Was 278 lowest was 204 back up to 215 been back in the gym since November.
In and out the gym my whole life since high school football.
Tracking Calories on a 2800 calorie a day
Averaging 1-1.5 grams of protein per of of lean body mass. No clue on body fat still have the pudge on the waistline lol
Bloodwork 1 month ago Test was 305
Dr put me on cypionate 200mg every 2 weeks.
I break it down and pin 100mg once a week see how my body reacts to it. Will take my 5th pin this week haven’t noticed anything yet and with research I know 100mg a week isn’t much but I have read where start low and slow always time to go big. I would like to bump up the cyp and knock it back before bloodwork again so I don’t get it cut back. Most of what I have read normal dosage is 200mg a week split into 2 pins mon- thurs. While I research sponsors I am gonna stay at the 100mg a week for now see if any changes come about a lot good info here Thanks
