Hello everyone! New to the forums and thought I'd introduce myself! I've been lifting for about 5 years now and love every bit of it. Love my gym and the community that comes with it, met plenty of pros there and plenty of great trainers! I figured since I've learned so much there I'd try to find a similar community online, and I think I've found it here. I'm always open to learning new things/techniques when it come to training, dieting, and supplements. I look forward to chatting with y'all and also helping where I can.
