Hey all, I'm debating about doing a cycle. I've never done a cycle before but seem to have plateaued with muscle gains. I'm 49 5'10", 188lbs (dont know my BMI but I have abs starting to poke through) and have been on TRT for about 2 years. The TRT was a game changer for me. I'm also on Nandrolone Deca for joint issues. Currently I take Test 3 x a week at 120mg and Deca 3 x a week at 120mg. My last blood work came in over 1500 (i guess that's the top of the scale) for test and around 29 for free test (I started at 290). The clinic said my body just reacts very well to the Test so my dosage is low. My diet is pretty good. 240 prot, 100 carb, 50 fat. I hit the gym 5-6 times a week for about 1.5 to 2 hours a day and try to leave ready to puke every time. I have used MK677 previously and I did see results, the sleep was awesome, but it cuts into hitting my macros taking it before bed (they say to not eat 2 hours prior). If I take it in the am it screws up my workout, I feel all fatigued. I'm wondering if I should just increase my Deca to 200mg a week and see how it goes? I am worried about the dreaded deca dick. Or is there something that may be a better option out there? I really appreciate any advice. Thanx in advance
