Hey all, I'm debating about doing a cycle. I've never done a cycle before but seem to have plateaued with muscle gains. I'm 49 5'10", 188lbs (dont know my BMI but I have abs starting to poke through) and have been on TRT for about 2 years. The TRT was a game changer for me. I'm also on Nandrolone Deca for joint issues. Currently I take Test 3 x a week at 120mg and Deca 3 x a week at 120mg. My last blood work came in over 1500 (i guess that's the top of the scale) for test and around 29 for free test (I started at 290). The clinic said my body just reacts very well to the Test so my dosage is low. My diet is pretty good. 240 prot, 100 carb, 50 fat. I hit the gym 5-6 times a week for about 1.5 to 2 hours a day and try to leave ready to puke every time. I have used MK677 previously and I did see results, the sleep was awesome, but it cuts into hitting my macros taking it before bed (they say to not eat 2 hours prior). If I take it in the am it screws up my workout, I feel all fatigued. I'm wondering if I should just increase my Deca to 200mg a week and see how it goes? I am worried about the dreaded deca dick. Or is there something that may be a better option out there? I really appreciate any advice. Thanx in advance
 
Honestly you need to eat more, protein intake isn't bad but the carb intake is extremely low and total calories if my math is correct based off macros is around 1800. Can't grow if you don't eat! Oh, and welcome to ASF.

Sorry my app was showing net carbs not total. I’m around 200 carb wise. I average around 2700-3000 calories a day. Do you think I need more than that?

I would eat more food and set a steady work out schedule such as 2 on 1 off or something and have a plan. If you do want to increase anything, then increase the test not the deca. The issue with “deca dick” isn’t the deca itself it’s the increase in prolactin. That can be caused by elevated E2 or high dose Nandrolones. So try just jumping test to 250 and I’m sure you will get more gains. But the key is the kitchen and a solid workout plan. Not just 5 or 6 days and going until you’re sick. Hit the right exercises and have good form and you can workout out less and gain more. That’s my opinion.

Makes sense. I'll try to up the food to maybe 3500-4000 a day. As for the workout plan, I'll start switching things up. I've been doing the same regiment for 9-12 months now. I'm usually Chest/tri's, Legs, Back/Bi's, Shoulders, and repeat. Maybe I'll start Chest, Legs, Back, Arms, Shoulders and put 2 days off in between and see how that goes. Thanx for the input

Everyone is different, but I personally wouldn't worry about Deca 200mg providing adverse side effects at that dose - your joints will love you more.
