Hello to all!! I’m new here & wanted to see what alls opinions are. I wanna start a cycle but don’t know what route to take & also how much. I’m 40 years old & currently 240lbs & wanna get down to 190lbs. I’m 5’9” so I’m considered obese. I’m currently work out 5-6 times a week.

I used a eca stack and it helped me cut a decent amount of body fat

Well before you start jabbing yourself Goody, What does your current blood work look like? What is your current Test level, Total & Free?

Your main focus NEEDS TO BE on your diet. What do your Macros look like? #1. You need to put out MORE Kcals than you are taking in. #2, You should be consuming at least 190 grams of protein a day.

What kind of cardio work are you doing? You want to drop fat? You need to bust your ass on some cardio until you get to your goal weight. I suggest you start walking a min of 5 miles a day 6 days a week. Zero dark 30 is great time to start your day with a 5mile walk.

Thanks for your input. I’m currently taking in 2300 calories, I am at a calorie deficit. My protien intake is right there around 200 grams give or take a few grams. I did my blood work a few months ago & test comes back at 115 ng/dL & free test is 2.6/3. From what I read we should be around 300ng/dL for a normal range. I think way below that. I do cardio at least 4 times a week. Weight train all muscle groups at least once a week with my Chest twice & legs twice a week.

I would hop on a trt does of test and focus on diet.

PLabs has test C at 200mg/ml. That’s perfect for trt.

Your first shot will make you feel like super man.

Welcome to ASF! A cycle is not really going to help you lose the fat in the way you might hope they would. However, if your natural test level is low then you could really benefit from a TRT (Testosterone replacement Therapy) dose of test. Have you had any lab work done to see what your testosterone level is? That would be the first step i would suggest. See where your natural test level is at so you have a baseline to come back to.

For a first cycle I would look at just Testosterone Enanthate or Testosterone Cypionate. Dosage depends on if you want to just do a replacement dose (assuming your natural test is low) or an actual cycle dosage. Or you could even split that down the middle and just run say 300mg. The highest i would suggest for your first cycle would be 500mg per wk but starting in the 300-400 range would be ideal imo considering your goals. Again, steroids are not fat burners. Diet and cardio is what dictates fat loss but as I mentioned if your natural test is low then getting up into a normal range will help a lot.
