Thanks for your input. I’m currently taking in 2300 calories, I am at a calorie deficit. My protien intake is right there around 200 grams give or take a few grams. I did my blood work a few months ago & test comes back at 115 ng/dL & free test is 2.6/3. From what I read we should be around 300ng/dL for a normal range. I think way below that. I do cardio at least 4 times a week. Weight train all muscle groups at least once a week with my Chest twice & legs twice a week.Well before you start jabbing yourself Goody, What does your current blood work look like? What is your current Test level, Total & Free?
Your main focus NEEDS TO BE on your diet. What do your Macros look like? #1. You need to put out MORE Kcals than you are taking in. #2, You should be consuming at least 190 grams of protein a day.
What kind of cardio work are you doing? You want to drop fat? You need to bust your ass on some cardio until you get to your goal weight. I suggest you start walking a min of 5 miles a day 6 days a week. Zero dark 30 is great time to start your day with a 5mile walk.
