Get Shredded!
Hi all! Just joined this site and excited to learn from you all. About me:

46 yrs old.

Was on trt for a couple years but then stopped. This was 6 years ago. Recently started back on test (was feeling lethargic and no real zest for life anymore). Feeling like myself again now and don’t know why I lived the way I did the last few years, but, you live and you learn!

Some questions if anyone can help:

I have been taking 250mg test e every 3rd day for 10 weeks now, and of course feel great. I plan to run this cycle till results stop (another 2-4 weeks) and then plan to cruise for a couple months. I have a few questions for knowledgeable members.

1. I have a little bit of nipple sensitivity on the right side, is this a concern? Should I treat with something from my list of supplies below?

2. I would like to spice up the last weeks of my cycle. Any suggestions of what has worked well for others from my list below?

Supplies:
-1 bottle test prop 100mg
-1 bottle of Hcg
-2 bottle tren ace
-50 1mg arimadex
-50 50mg clomid
-50 20mg nova
-50 50mg proviron

Thank u all in advance. It’s nice to have a resource like this available.

Good to see you were able to roll with the punches and listened to coach. Welcome to the board.

1st thing, you need to get bloodwork done. There’s threads on threads about this and what to test for, when etc. so, you’re gonna have to look around. When you get results, share them ensuring all personal info is not visible and we can better advice you with the nipple sensitivity question.

2. Finish your cycle on Test and nothing else, there’s no need to spice things up when you don’t know if nipple sensitivity is an issue or not and when you have no idea what your bloods look like. Also, there’s nothing in your stash that could spice that cycle up anyway, you shouldn’t have Tren In your hands at this point of your journey. Might want to leave those bottles alone for a good while, till you know what you’re doing.

3. Unsure why you have PCT if you’re planning to cruise? Why the HCG?

That’s my take, hope others chime in.

Hi Astro, thanks you first off for being helpful.

1. Noted on blood work, I will look into this! When I was on trt years ago it was thru my doctor who prescribed test to combat my low testosterone levels. I never researched a lot into blood tests as I trusted his knowledge and expertise.

2. Ok, I will stick with the test e only to finish out my cycle, I am getting good results just thought I could boost them a bit the final weeks as other than a little nipple sensitivity, I have no sides. Actually no sensitivity today so maybe it was more psychological.

3. I came off trt years ago because I didn’t love the idea of cruising for life but now I am reconsidering this due to the huge difference between quality of life with vs without test supplementation. Anyway I got the pct stuff in case I decide I want to stop completely after my cycle and recover natural test production. (Want to have the option open.) Aren’t some of the pct meds prescribed while taking trt pretty regularly? Or are they exclusively for pct?

Thank u again for the feedback, it is very helpful and appreciated.

Welcome. A lot of knowledgeable vets here. As others have mentioned, stick to the test only for your first few cycles and enjoy the results while you can. Use that search bar, learn about the different compounds, and get on top of that bloodwork. That is absolutely mandatory to ensure you’re taking care of your body.

Goodluck.

Nipple sensitivity could be a sign of elevated estrogen levels. One of the reasons for the blood tests. I’ve heard of people being prescribed Clomid to boost their testosterone, a good friend of mine and training partner who is natural had this prescribed to him by his doctor. His levels are around 700. I’ve only used it for PCT back when I used to come off, so I couldn’t really say.

Welcome aboard brother!! Try the arimadex. Should help. I’m assuming you researched dosages. Good luck brother.
