New guy here but not new to lifting, fitness, or meds. I’m a retired Navy Corpsman and in my 16th year of being locked up with other people’s teenagers in a large public school district. I should have done it years ago but am just now starting to supplement my lagging hormones. I went with Defy and my first shipment will be here Monday. Doc put me on Cyp 65 mg twice a week, HCG twice a week, daily Cialis, and I asked for Ozempic to help with the belly fat.

I can still see my toes when I look down from a standing position but have found it impossible to lose the gut. It’s even more pronounced since my recent loss of subcutaneous fat everywhere else. My workouts have been so-so in recent years but expect good gains once my meds start working. I ordered a few items from an ASF sponsor to supplement my Defy order since I believe they have underdosed me. I think I’ll switch to an alternate source once I get one more round of labs with Defy. Many moons ago I read every issue of Muscle & Fitness, FLEX, and Iron Man. I’m happy to have found this site to bring me to the modern era.

oorah or hooyah, depending on if I'm wearing my Navy or Marine Corps cover. I've actually never said hooyah since that was a SEAL thing until Big Navy adopted it.
