New guy looking for help

What’s up everyone. I’m in my late 20s and I’m looking to take my lifts to the next level. I do mostly compound lifts (cleans, deads, squats, snatches, and every now&then some bench) along with more functional movements. I’m not being that guy and saying functional lifting is better than any other lifting by the way. It’s just something I enjoy. I’ve done a little of every style but injuries from being a dumbass, skipping warmups, and jumping right to the 225 bench just because a hot girl was in the remote area of the bench section. I had to show her I could make those plates clap obviously. But I’ve gotten older and don’t really give a shit about what thotiana over on the treadmill posting IG stories thinks and honestly I just want to move bigger weights and increase my athleticism. Right now I’m just looking for some info on cycles, amount of the cycle, time on the cycle, recovery from the cycle? So if anybody out there is bored as shit and wants to help a guy out it would be appreciated!

I can't give much in the way if advice as I've finished my first cycle, but the first thing I'd say to you is watch these YouTube videos by The Anabolic Doc and get informed, second I'd say look at your goals and try to match the gear to your training. For my training, I chose cutting gear cause I need to keep my mass low but strength up. Third, go to forums and get better info than from a FNG, and finally, when you decide to buy gear, buy from Gear Church.

There are lots of stickies and good reads on this board. Read read read. Do not take anyone advice without at least researching things.

Thanks for all the input. I’m looking around and trying to understand what’s safest and best for my goals. If y’all have any threads y’all think I should read up on let me know and I’ll get to reading.
