What’s up everyone. I’m in my late 20s and I’m looking to take my lifts to the next level. I do mostly compound lifts (cleans, deads, squats, snatches, and every now&then some bench) along with more functional movements. I’m not being that guy and saying functional lifting is better than any other lifting by the way. It’s just something I enjoy. I’ve done a little of every style but injuries from being a dumbass, skipping warmups, and jumping right to the 225 bench just because a hot girl was in the remote area of the bench section. I had to show her I could make those plates clap obviously. But I’ve gotten older and don’t really give a shit about what thotiana over on the treadmill posting IG stories thinks and honestly I just want to move bigger weights and increase my athleticism. Right now I’m just looking for some info on cycles, amount of the cycle, time on the cycle, recovery from the cycle? So if anybody out there is bored as shit and wants to help a guy out it would be appreciated!
