Alright boys,
Making this log to keep myself accountable. Intend on logging ED/EOD for 8 weeks. The goal is to diet my ass down to 15% BF in preps for my first cycle. I've been working out consistently for the better part of a decade and am finally in a place to commit to a routine/cycle.

Current stats:
5'10" 235 @ 25% BF 27years old
Squat 315 x 2
Bench 275 x 2
Currently not deadlifting for injury risk mitigation.

I usually do not plan my workouts in advance but tend to maintain a 4 day on, 1 day off starting with Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulders/Arms. I also might switch to a push/pull/legs. I do roughly 30 mins of cardio on training days but intend on focusing more on my diet to reach my goals. I've been 200+ since freshman year of high school and my body composition has been consistently bad for a decade. It's time to get serious and get lean.
