I believe it depends on your state. I order off Amazon or any medical supply site. I do believe some states require a prescription though.

I was struggling to find over the counter as well so I just went with Allegro Medical online. Got 100 syringes with draw needle and 100 25 g needles shipped for $26. BD brand.

you should be able to get them at any pharmacy. The selection of the size you want maybe pretty thin. I go online. get box of 100 and you're good for a year

I personally love the Easy Touch brand. Just usually buy em direct from their site. 27/28/29g 1/2 pins work great. They're the smoothest of a few brands i've tried over the years.
Most pharmacies should have them. Ask for "Insulin Syringes"

ScAmazon does sell them but they are getting weird about shipping to some States.

If you are in a jam go to Tractor Supply. They sell them over the counter in the Equestrian (horse) section.

They're expensive. $50 cents a piece and the needles also are like .50-.75 cents each.

OTC no. But all over the internet. Use a pre-paid Visa if privacy is a concern. All the online med suppliers offer discreet packaging for like an extra $2.

www.drugsupplystore.com. I wouldn’t recommend getting them on Amazon they are not medical grade, they are lab grade. Like someone else said depending on where you live you can just go into Walgreens and buy them also

I prefer BD, but yeah the cheap ones work good too... I feel the BD's are much "sharper?"

Walgreens and Walmart will sell them in my state OTC. CVS I think requires you to have an injectable prescription being filled there. A lot of the mom and pop pharmacies will as well and they need the $ much more than the big boxes. Some of them have some older employees who you can tell think you're a dopehead or something and try to lie to you and say they're out or something. Lol.

They are without a doubt. I used Amazon for my pins the last few years and now I’m starting to notice a ton of scar tissue at all my injection sites. Never had that issue when I used the better brands like BD. Just saying

I get the BD needles and they work great with those Exel and Nipro barrels. BD needles feel nice and sharp and go in smooth like butter with no pain and are more resistant to bending than the cheapo needles.
