You are on the right track here. Also add in pasteurized eggwhites for another easy 50g of protein a day. I personally get about 60g protein average per meal for 7 meals a day but some meals are higher and lower. I think you are fine if you hit 80g in one meal but don't do every meal that way.Perhaps I could double the salmon and turkey and add Greek yoghurt in... Is 80g protein to much to consume in one go? That would be around 365g protein

Another thing that may help, I wake up in the middle of the night hungry as hell so a year or so back my nutrition coach had me add in a "meal" at 4am. All it is these days is 2.5 cups eggwhites and 1.5 tbsp macadamia nut oil. Wake up, drink it, go back to bed, BAM!!! 60g protein for the 1st meal of the day and it took 2 minutes tops to consume.
It doesnt bother me anymore these days but just a hint to make them easier to drink......add half a scoop of whatever you favorite flavored whey protein powder is and it will taste more like you are drinking a shake with milk instead of egg whitescheers, I need to get used to downing egg whites, tryed to down 200ml worth this morning didn't go down to well... I'm a pussy
