I have been pleasantly surprised by this supplement nattokinase for blood pressure and hematocrit.

I’m not exactly certain but I’m pretty sure it lowered my hematocrit on my last blood work by about three points. You have to take it above 12,000 FU’s so make sure you look at that if you buy some.

I take so many things that don’t do shit, so I wanted to put this out there.

Great to know it worked for you !

Currently running hemoflow which has natto in

Labs pending end of the month

How high was your hematocrit before and after the natto ?

That’s exactly what I’m been using also! At last check in April it was 46.8. Previously it was 50. That’s a nice improvement from nothing more than taking a couple capsules each day,

Im not gonna lie, I hate that dude that owns Leviathan. But...Hemoflow works almost as described. Ive been on it for 2 years. At $60 a bottle i wouldnt be if it didnt work. I tried replicating the ingredients bought separately and bloodwork proved it didnt work. It will, ON PAPER, lower hematocrit by about 1.5-3 points. I thought it was bullshit but labs say otherwise. Its a legit product I will, with some defiance lol, continue to buy. But for anyone on a budget thats on TRT or a cycle regular Nattokinase is a must. If not for hematocrit then for the anticlotting properties. Its concentrated form is used in legit medicine to keep blood clots from forming.

Just curious, when you tried replicating, what were you dosing the natto at?

I went a little overboard with the natto, I ran 15,000 f.u.s because I run/ran the hemoflow in the morning and the regular natto at night. So 10,000 f.u. in the morning and an additional 5k at night. But I also ran the seperate Naringin, dihydroquerctin(Taxifolin), and black pepper extract(bioperine).. the only thing i couldnt replicate was the "vasodrive-ap" mix. But after buying the seperate components I was at $50 so it wasnt worth it and I just decided to pay the vampire his $70. All said and done donations have decreased due to his product.

Any reputable brand with 3rd party verification?
I use neprinol and has 30,000fu with high serrapeptase, bromelain, protease, lipase,coq10 etc and I've seen testing on many that were garbage.people should always search that alot these supplements I've seen contain 0% of items claimed

I just got my first bottle of Neprinol AFD. Just finishing off some Natto I'm currently using, and then I'll switch to that. It's pricey so hopefully it works.

I buy the big 300 capsule bottle that ain't to bad for the dosage in 1 capsule alone. Plus seems like all his supplements are pretty good and tested

4000fu x2, morning and before bed brought my hematocrit from 52.5 to low 48s. Regular old Nutricost stuff.
Switched to this protocol about a week ago. Going to get bloods in about 5 weeks and see if it makes a difference. Could be placebo, but I feel better? Not sure how to explain it- I could be way in over my head

I didn't feel any difference but the labs said it worked. That was also going from cruise to blast too so I was pretty impressed. It's a staple in my stack now.

Natto does nothing for my BP or hematocrit. I take it to reduce plaque build up. can Seems it mostly reduces blood viscosity and prevent red blood cells from clumping together as opposed to directly lowering hemo/RBC

Reducing blood viscosity is quite literally the act of lowering hematocrit.

No it is not. Having things not stick together(lower viscosity) does not mean there is actually less in the body.

8k ius daily
I see some splitting dose am/pm does it really make a differance?
Have labs next month my hemocrit is always 57plus man
Gonna switch from 8k in am to 6k am/pm from here out see if it drops any this round
Is there a ceiling on dosage?

I've always split the dose am/pm. Not sure if it makes a difference. Supposedly it stays active in your system 8-12 hours. That was the reasoning behind the split dose.
Not sure about a ceiling dosage on it either. 8k a day did what I wanted so I never felt the need to push it higher.

My blood markers are good and so too is my BP. At what point would you guys consider running it, during a blast when BP could elevate? If markers stay within range is there any real benefit to using it? I ordered some but haven't had any need to use it yet. Could it be useful to run when using EQ?
