Hang in there, I had myositis from getting sick last summer. I now see up with severe hand tremors lasted six months. Had to see a neurologist who put me on klonpin hated the side effects from it. Eventually it all went away. Stay strong brother she will be just fine gotta let the shit run it’s course.

Cruise has begun.

Dropped everything besides 200mg test.

Plan is a mini diet to get some fat off the waist but, first we give the body a few days to see how much water we're gonna drop from pulling everything out. So, diet continues to stay the same.

Excited to start the cruise and take a cruise week in the gym as well. With work and home I need a little mental break

Woah woah woah, I missed this.... that cereal shake is legit af. I’d rather have that than burger and fries, not even kidding.

Now if the cheat meal was a Pizza Hut brownie pizza... well things would change

Lazy day of training today. Just went in and got a pump. Nothing even close to failure, just enough to get blood flowing and break a sweat.

Reverse grip Pulldown 2 sets
Incline DB fly press 2 sets
Side lateral 2 sets
Palm up DB curl 2 sets
Rope extension 2 sets
Low Cable fly 2 sets

No training until after Christmas Day probably. Then it'll be a leg day in the same fashion as today.

Successful day of laying around. Slept till 8, ate meal 1,slept till 1030, ate meal 2, slept till 1120, got bloods, ate meal 3,slept till 330, ate meal 4, watched TV, ate meal 5.

Daughter is home and on the mend.

Updates sent in today.

Weight is down a bit. Sitting around 260-262 so five or six lbs due to my appetite being terrible this week. A combo of not really training and dropping the low dose of Lantus is my guess why.

First meal of the day has been the hardest by far. I've left food on the plate six times in the last five days because I was going to puke if I had another bite. Very unlike me and these are the first string of meals I didn't finish or get down in the last year or so.

I removed some fats from the meals hoping that would help but, it really didn't.

We'll see what the coach wants to do but, training next week will surely help I'm hoping.

Happy with today's session. Lost some reps on Bb rows but, everything else was the same or increased.

Bb row - 405*8(-2), 405*7(-1), 315*12
Incline Smith - 315*12(+2), 315*6(-2 had to poop) drop 225*12
Hammer shoulder press - 270*12(+2), 270*8
DB lateral - 45(+5)*20, 45(+5)*12
Standing Dip Machine - 230*12,6,3
Hammer Preacher Curl single arm - 50*12, 10, 8
Rope extension - 55*15, 13, 11

Good session. I had the shits hit me on rep four during Incline so I had to limit strain a bit

Anyways, all were on is 200mg test cyp and some hcg that Dusty wanted to use. I think it's a waste of money because I was shut down before I started AAS years ago, much less now after years of being on. Ah well. We will see.

Could there be some synergy effect going on that he’s thinking about possibly? From his podcasts and posts, seems to be pretty knowledgeable about drugs more than most. Hmm

He thinks the hcg will help Kickstart the hpta which I almost certainly know it will to an extent but, the fact that I was shut down before any AAS along with keeping some test in the mix leads me to think that all that I will see from the after hcg is added aromitase which is something I don't need help with lol.

The little bit of drugs I've talked with Dusty doesn't lead me to believe he knows as much as many out there, I would include myself in that group. It's small comments here and there like, "I don't want to use 19nors unless we have to so, dropping the Deca and using npp or eq would be better options" or "since we add the anadrol you'll need to increase your ai".

I'm not saying he doesn't know what he's talking about, far from it but, I think his info is almost purely anecdotal.

If you knew nothing about anadrol, and you had a bad case Of gyno that can happen with it, first thought would be add more ai. Gyno from anadrol isn't caused by increased estrogen or prolactin. It's a mechanism that isn't really understood.

Npp is a 19nor but, it's considered a less aggressive one compared to tren or Deca.

Just little things. The main thing though is his ideas, besides this hcg one that I don't agree with, still line up with what I would expect or do myself with a drug protocol, just from an entirely different perspective.

Figured I would start the year off squatting.

Based this session on my last log book entry. I have in my notes strength was down that session from being sick with a head cold so, take these numbers with a grain of salt. I did feel strong as fuck though.

Also, I'm pulling upper pump out for a few weeks to see how recovery goes. I'm still sore today from upper loading two days ago so, wouldn't have been beneficial anyways.

Got lazy on my ab training during my blast so, conscious effort to get some work back in. It's hard to actually do them, much like hamstrings, because I KNOW I'll cramp up at some point. Even when I'm conditioned for them I'll cramp on both body parts.

Safety Bar squat - 405*15(+7), 405(+90)*10(-2)
Duck squat - 300*15(+2), 300*12(+2)
Adductor - 170*12(+2)/12, 170*9(+2)/10(+1)
Hamstring Curl - stack*13(+3), 9(+2)
Calf Raise - 280*20, 18, 15, 12
Knee raises - 3*10
Vacuum stretch - 3*10 seconds
