1)Hello Milo's, I appreciate your knowledge. I plan on competing this summer and I will have to take long flights leaving Wednesday and arriving Thursday morning then competing Saturday after weighing in Friday. I work remote so travel is unavoidable. How do you suggest avoiding water retention. I am 6'1 235 currently pretty lean but have 4 months to dial in, I am competing in classic. I have competed twice before and was better before or after the show due to foolishly making last minute changes trying to peak. This show I will be ready a couple of weeks out and just plan on coasting in shredded and full but I am concerned about the flights. JimmieHamza asked by
