Get Shredded!
Everywhere i look i seem to come up with different answers. So what are your thoughts? do mid day naps help? or do they hinder? i can get 9.5 hrs of sleep a night. But still get in a 1-2 hr nap pre gym. i can go without it but i always thought sleep equals growth and your test levels are highest when you wake up. Stan efferding(sp?) says no more then a 10 min nap and avoid if you can.

Depends on how much GH I'm running. 8+ IUs and a nap is inevitable.
I just started 4iu of GH after almost a year off. I think I’m going to start incorporating naps again haha. I want to bump to 8iu, but I don’t know how I’ll function.

Sleep when your body tells you to.

The effects of mid-day naps can vary for individuals. Some people find them beneficial for increased alertness and productivity, while others may experience disruption in nighttime sleep. It's important to listen to your body and find what works best for you.

I would love to be able to take naps. You have no idea the places I go, the people I see and who I become when I’m dreaming. It’s great.

I get 6 hours of sleep a night and i could for sure use more. I need to cut caffeine out of my life for a while I think.
