Name one thing in this world that takes as much management and dedication as bodybuilding.
theres a reason most people don’t look too impressive unless they really dig deep into bodybuilding. Powerlifting as well.
each muscle group twice a week, mind muscle connection. Tracking lifts, progressive overload. Consistency
meal timing. Macro calculating, calorie management, food intake. Sleep. Recovery. Training format. CNS training versus hypertrophy. The list goes on.
maybe I’m wrong. But aside from med students and super demanding academics, I don’t think a damn thing in life takes commitment like this does.
