Welcome to my Log and Journey to Bodybuilding. I am still very new to AAS. I want to record my journey, progress and possibly mistakes for myself and others. This will be a good way for me to look back and share.
Started at 186 pounds
Estimated BF 24%
(36 Years Old and 6’0 Ft tall )
2300 Calorie intake ( deficit )
Bloodwork pulled every 6 weeks to 3 months is the plan.
My starting goal was to get to 15% BF before I bulk.
Currently in week 8 on AAS
Current weight is 202.1 pounds
Estimated BF 20%
400 mg of Test C a week split into EOD
End of day update:
-Breakfast- 1 protein shake, 1 protein bar, 1 banana.
-1st Snack: cheese stick
-Lunch- 3.5 Oz of lean chicken breast, 2 slices of wheat bread.
-2nd Snack -1 protein yogurt, 1 protein shake.
-Dinner- 4 Oz 91% lean ground beef, 2 cups rice, 2 carb tortillas,
= 2250 Calories for the day.

- Seated dumbbell press - 5 sets/8-10 reps
- Side lateral raise - 5 sets/10-12 reps
- Front Lateral raises - 5 sets/10-12 reps
- Any bicep curl variation - 6 sets/ 10-12 reps
- Any tricep extension variation - 6 sets/10-12
reps
