My kinda guyzero leg work.
Scrolled through your journal and looked at your posted workouts. They are all mostly shoulders and arms with very little chest and back with zero leg work. Am I missing something?
Also, I noticed you never posted a typical day of what you eat, just macros. Wouldn't mind seeing where your macros are coming from and number of meals.

Always working on my diet. Do you suggest more carbs? And i will add some leg work into my workouts. TY.So, you aren't training any legs. That makes up more than half of the muscle in your body.
You are leaving a ton of gains on the table as well as extra calories not being burned.
Your diet needs work as well. The basics first! Effort only takes you so far.
