It has been so long since i have been away from the gym. I have only been back a few days. Just getting my body lose and hopefully within 3 months i can start powerlifting again. Will start posting what I do tmw.
Todays workout was nothing special. Did some pushups ab work and a few sets of tris and bi's. I am gonna give myself a few more weeks before separating the body parts and getting into a more set schedule.
Sorry everyone for the delay in posting. I had to deal with a friend passing and then someone in the family has passed. Will be posting regularly on monday. Im ready to start again and get big. One of the best things i did while i was gone was the following.
