I've been working out fairly consistently for 20-25 years. Nov 2021 I started on a TRT protocol because of extremely low T (225 ng/dL total and 32 pg/mL free). For context, my dosage is low (100 mg of Test Cyp/week) and that gives me around 600 total/140 free. Before someone asks about the dosage, initially I was on 150/week and my blood work went to shit (specifically RBC and hemoglobin) so my doc knocked it back down. Anyway, ever since I started TRT, I've been experiencing very painful muscle cramps that are associated with the muscle group I'm targeting that day. Usually the cramps occur 4-6 hours after my workout. I don't take many supplements but I do take Creatine (5g/day) which I know probably plays a role in the cramping/spasms. I consume 3L of water a day take some electrolytes intra workout but it doesn't seem to help. Has anyone else experienced this while on cycle or TRT? It only started happening once I started TRT. Are there any supplements I should add to help?
