Ok ASF here we go. The wifey has 2 shows planned in May and June. I don't know how many remember the log I had for her but she came a long way and finished with 2-2nds 2-3rd and a 4th in her first show ever.

She's getting ready to come off of her "bulk" in the next few weeks and it is insane how lean she is already. I have some photos to edit and I'll get them up here today. Stay tuned

Found this awesome. So her trainer sent a side by side. The left she is 134 just before her show in November. The right she's 157 after two high food days on Wednesday morning. Both pucs are at like 5am just out of bed with no pump. The size difference is insane in my opinion and BF wise she doesn't look too far off what she was and she technically still bulking. He hasn't cut her food or increased cardio yet. We have high hopes for these up coming shows.
