Morning lifters, what does your pre workout look like?

I'm going to start working out in the am from 4:40 am - 6 am. just wondering what your pre workout is? Do you eat a full breakfast or just some quick carbs and protein drink and eat after?
For breakfast I eat 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, onions, mushrooms, spinach, 2 oz of turkey breast, extra virgin olive oil and 1 cup of oatmeal w/ cinnamon.

Off I like Jym pre Gym and a bowl of protein Cherrios . On , it depends Dbol(oral) and tren base but no drink it made me sick . I have some Tren, tne ,dbol . I like to switch it up I seem to get used to the no esters after weeks of use . It's hard for me to eat that early .

Three eggs over easy, two toast with penut butter. Glass of oj, 50mgs proviron, 175mcgs t3, <----(don't ever do this) and a nice fat glass of coffee :)

I train @ 4:30 or 5am just about ED. I've tried everything from BSL Angeldust to a test base/dbol inject to Kratom as my pre-workout. What seems to bring my blood sugar and energy levels up the best are 1/2 pot of coffee and a Costco Chocolate Chip muffin with extra honey drizzled on the chunks as I'm slamming it down. Every once in a while when I'm having trouble firing up the motor early like this, I'll take a scoop of Speed x3 blended with the IForce pump enhancer called HemaVol or HEMAVO2 MAX now.

Then I just eat on the drive - I prep a 3-4 scoop shake and oatmeal with 1-2 scoops of a different flavor of protein powder blended in.

Getting it in early is great - -you are just done with it and it's off your mind. I couldn't imaging trying to train after work with all those ass clowns clogging up the gym.

32 oz coffee with 2 scoops vanilla protein and a teaspoon of MCT or coconut oil. Most stims mess up my gut, and I avoid them.
Will NOT workout with the after school crowd.

I normally try and lift mid-day; but my work schedule dictates early morning lifts usually once a week. On those days I drink a half pot of coffee, and have a bowl of Granola/Almond Milk/Banana/Honey. Does the job.
