Well Brothers...
Gotten back a solid 85%...but it's taken an abnormally longer time than ever before..
Everything came to an abrupt Halt..nearly 3 weeks ago..

Somethings aren't going away..infact they may Never..
I've always known, rebounding back to 100 was a gift..

Back on TRT...
I achieved my 57th Bday goals and very pleased with my Results..
I need to thank afew that helped me tremendously in reaching those Lifetime Goals..

Coach...

Without their support and knowledge, I would have never done so well..

There are many others..
Now..
This is looking like my New Normal....
I can not complain..creepy up on ten years..without Treatment..

But Boy...
I miss the Iron...
After leaning on It in my toughest times in my life..
Divorce, parents death, PTSD,depression, Judy's death and C...
I just don't feel Right..not Aligned...Off Inside..
My Go Too's..

But I can't double up on One too compensate..
Just like ....
Nutrition
Training
And Recovery..
Same concept, same Outcome..

I posted this to Thank my Brothers..
To give Hope to those Fighting overwhelming Odds..
To explain how this Lifestyle has Saved me..Numerous Times..
To Remind Myself..

This is the absolute hardest lesson I've learned in life. I still struggle daily with it. Life taught me from a early age to depend on myself. While a lot of positive comes from that. Independence, self-sufficient, comfortable with being alone, it has downsides as well.
