I watched a bit of this the other day. I'd say it was well planned and thought out. Notice Lindell's attorney is pretty much just letting him have free reign? They've tried to bury Lindell under a mountain of shit and he's returning the favor. What might have been a one hour deposition will be dragged out into him "ranting and raving" every single one of his answers. The opposing attorney tried to get under his skin and he turned right around and got under the attorney's skin. It's tit for tat. 100% political theater in who can talk the biggest game.
A good question is who released/leaked this video in the first place?

Mike has mental issues. All he did was hurt himself in this case, and its very rare a judge will dismiss a case based on it being frivolous. That is the point of going thru discovery.

Unless it's a case of such inconsequential nature to you and you have the funds and / or ability to fight and fight till your hearts content.
