thats because most guys say oh my diet is on point. but when you really count and weigh your shit out and dial it up and down
the metabolism kicks in.. just like monty said , you find your base line the slowly keep increasing or decreasing . small adjustments , sometimes no adjustments for a while . you just keep tuning.. thats why when someone else does it for you you can just follow it plus be held accountable .
obviously it helps if you are following the directions of a guy that kinda knows wtf he is doing lol

I was in the same boat and fuck was I wrong!! I made better gains on a cruise with diet than a blast with no diet. Can't wait to see how it goes when I start up a blast.

If diet is on point this week during the training cruise, you're going to have a fresh pop to all the muscles.

Any inflammation from training as hard as you have been should decrease from the time off (one of the reasons your arms are looking so gd rediculous like we talked about) and, you're gonna be good and ready to smash it again.

Whats going on fam!! Got back to fucking work and its killing me loved my week off in the gym!! Felt like body grew during the recovery but fuck between working in the heat 15 hrs a day and working out my body comes accustom to strenuous activities.

But today I started back in the gym full fledge!

I fell off the diet for 2 days.... just didn't eat enough ate clean but not enough. Time will tell and I feel I'm doing great! Only thing that scares me right now is 4 hrs a sleep a night but that won't hinder my gym time!

So I decided it was time to make a fucking change! In the way I eat the way I train and most importantly the way I'm living!!

I have hooked up with Montego and Hughjassol to coach me through this time of life and perhaps the future show I may want to dominate! My goal is to be 195-198.5 on stage I'm 5'4" short so fucks wit me IDGAF!

Been killing this diet Montego put together for me and haven't cheated through this. In a months time we have droves 5+% BF just on diet alone

Currently on
150mg test cyp every 3 days
100mcg T4
4iu ed HGH
25mg provi

Feeling great since I jumped on diet and don't think I won't back off cause noticing gains daily it seems like.

Hugh has been on point about gear usage and everything else and would not want anybody else in my corner if I was fighting a god damn dragon!!!

This log will pertain to diet gear dosage and prepping for things to come!

U look great, man! Well-established food is the key to success and it always works! But tell me pls why did u use T$ from the begginin'? Like i know, U should add it in the 2d part od the cycle..I did like that,for example..

What do you weigh now? Remember, you will pull out water before getting on stage, so that will drop your weight a bunch.
