Metaformin question

Currently doing a 24 fast once per week.. (non lifting day)
Continue to take evening dose(s)?

Typically fast sat 8-9pm until Sunday 8-9pm with an eight hundred calorie meal Sunday night.

Any input appreciated.

Why do you fast?
Are you prescribed.the Metforman by a doctor or is this something you take on your own?
Are you on trt/test or natural? I have a reason for asking.

Yes what are you trying to do? You grow on rest days I wouldn’t miss meals. But I never understood intermittent fasting anyway.

I wouldn't fast. Do carb cycling instead.

I'd still take it so it stays fully in your system.

Don’t fast with met.

Instead use legumes as your carbs, protein, low glycemic load, fiber
