Yesterday I ate 4 whoppers from BK and two large fries. That was just for lunch.
I haven't eaten at BK in a long time but there's something about those Whopper burgers man. I like em with extra onions. May have to grab some one day soon.

If you’ve never had it…. I’m telling ya it’s strangely delicious. It’s a Mac chicken inside a Big Mac …. I order mine separate and then build it myself…

All this talk about friggin McDonald’s and my fat as is gonna have to go get one after work and then hate myself for 4 days afterwards.,

Welp I did it.

Went and got a Big Mac after work today… ate on the way home then immediately went into a back and tricep workout when I got home to try and bypass the coming shitty feeling. I remember Anderson Silva saying he ate Big Macs 40 minutes before his fights for the quick energy….

Got almost through my workout and the Big Mac came back up in my throat. I don’t have a wastebasket in my gym shed at the moment so I had no choice but to eat the Big Mac for the second time… not as good the second time that’s for sure. Think I just ruined Big Macs for me in the future. 🤷‍♂️

Are any of you guys able to get away with eating what you want more now than when you were younger? Seems like when I dialed everything in I can eat whatever I want whenever I want now when I couldn't before. Used to suffer from bad IBS and low appetite but now I can eat anything with no consequences and the stomach problems went away a couple years ago after a lifetime of issues

I rarely go to Mickey D's nowadays but if I do I just get a salad for lunch or an egg mcmuffin for breakfast. Years ago I used to scarf down those fries and big macs like no tomorrow, but as older now I can't do that anymore.

Sounds like you got lucky man. Perhaps you had high levels of stress back then which might be what triggered your IBS...good to see it resolved itself on its own.

Exact opposite for me now. I’ve never really had to be strict with my diet until the past couple years.

Heartburn, gut rot, bloating, indigestion…. Not to mention my metabolism is going in reverse. I can literally feel and see myself getting fatter as I’m eating the questionable food.
