It will be used at same time each day of the week after training 2nd dose of rHGH, and post workout shake, then meal about 45-60min later. Will start Lr3 @ 40mcg and end at 100-150mcg. **With Lr3 there is No need for site injecting, as it works systemically. I
Will have a long acting slin supp on hand but, will only use I cannot keep my blood glucose under control with oral supplements/igf1 -Lr3 isn’t cutting my B/G. Trying to keep it 90 or less .

Just had my second shot! is already happening, but I that I expected . Lol.

I figured you were having some problems, just since the last time we talked you were hurting pretty bad. I hope you are able to have a Doc that will help you “stay as comfortable “ as you can be …..a lot of bad docs, scared docs and bad regulations. Of course when you get a good MD, PA-C, RN, ARNP-C, it’s a blessing .

I couldn’t say anything until I was back home but, I was in Carlsbad and various parts of San Diego. It was so great! Nice people and it was just beautiful (even though it was cloudy and cool). I think I have a softspot
for any beach town..I love the beach. I got a chance to get in some surfing in San Clemente and Oceanside , it wasn’t big at all but, I’d get a few 6ft swells. I didn’t realize how long I was out there . Got some new scenery at the gyms and around the towns (San Diego area) . I avoided the shitty parts ! Lol . Killer Sushi & food ! Spent time with my brothers & sisters , went to Seaworld ! Lol. Glad to be home . Sorry I was MIA a few days

. Im always killing babies in the water(going to Seaworld ) and babes out of the water….just being myself ! . I got pulled and asked at least 20x to take pics with girls & groups, or couples @ Seaworld.

I do have to say, I miss California but, I know it’s just because I’m a Californian. I hate almost everything about the State but, if it wasn’t so F’d up.. I’d be the first one to move back ! Just super hot women (I’ve been all over the world)
and not one country touches the amount of beautiful girls . Miami has a lot too but they are bigger girls ..lol they don’t mind letting it all hang out . Carlsbad is always nice and IDK if it’s because of Camp Pendleton or if they removed a large amount of homeless people(God Bless) but, it was cleaner and seemed like they must’ve done something . I was just in Huntington Beach a few months ago and I was embarrassed of being from there . Try to work like this : IGF-1 LR3

W1 - 50mcg
W2 - 75mcg
W3 - 100mcg
W4- 150mcg

I say that's because your plan 150mcg but if your stuff are well dosed 100mcg are really a good dose ...

Followed by rHGH

W1 4uis
W2 4 ui's
W3 5 ui's
W4- 6 ui's

It's just a exemple , choose your dose but a good gh work well at 4 ui's :)

(for exemple use only 4uis daily after 28 days check your somatomedin-c level and compare before / after and dépend up your dose ... Because high IGF-1 level are not really heathly)

From my side when i used rHGH pharma grade genotonorm Pfizer from 78 i get 410 after 25 days at 4 ui's daily.

IGF-1 LR3 are vicious because you dont know how your level are :-( it's why it's better to start at low dose.

Had a Hot Wing Contest with all the boys ! Shit was ridiculously Hot ! I was surprised at the young bucks hung in there !. Training is going and I can feel the (everything) happening. Hit 228lbs without even trying, so that’s good. I’m thinking 240ish by end (then I’ll drop all the water and excess fluids/fats). My strength is unreal so I am taking care with using good form. I get all psyched up and forget sometimes . Of course prices are ridiculous every time I go shopping for food . Got some
too yesterday (unplanned), which was nice

I always say , “ you are striking ! “ or strikingly beautiful “ . They melt when you say that .

Even is they are cute , or they are thick - I
Look skin and teeth . Some have that round bubble butt or nice full tits but are nerdy or plain or I can tell they like hardcore sex (piercings/tattoos) , I still say it and it works ! Even if they are not single , it’s still good to do …it opens up

Thanks good advice Max. A couple weeks ago she was definitely interested, made eye contact and smiled. I always look like I'm angry as fuck, especially when I'm lifting, and I was kind of caught off guard, and I didn't smile, and I think she was kind of emberrassed. Nothings happened since then. Problem is I'm kind of a stoic dude, so doing the smiling, sharing my feelings, approaching a woman and calling her beautiful is all kind of awkward for me, but once I get pass that first introduction I'm fine.

Hells yeah, it will happen . I totally understand! I used to wear full hoodie or skull cap with big baggy sweats and shorts was at Golds and a Nurse I know walked up (I didn’t even know she lived near me ) and said hi . She was with her husband who was training down stairs . Anyway I saw her in the OR , and she told
Me : “Omg , you were doing all those dips with a bunch of plates and the told my girlfriends, he looks like a killer from prison !” I had a big beard all covered up. So , I stopped with the hardcore intensity (In my mind I was fighting) , and just promised I would smile more and be nice . It worked out because she set me up on so many (free dates) . Not really free but. I call it that cuz all the nurses that were single didn’t mess around , they said screw the date , let’s eat at your house after we ****.
