My uncle sent me the Lebron’s XIX Shoes which was nice . The Nike headquarters in Oregon use his business for their employees. He said he could take me into the Lebron James Innovation Center which (after seeing the pictures), is pretty bad ass! Then I see Megan Thee Stallion signed with Nike and has training programs in the new Nike app (NTC) . I see her doing the Fashion shows promoting her clothes (omg!) . Training is going well and I’m back into my groove. Time to get this shit going!

Totally! Plus they are about $28 a bowl, so I’m definitely sticking with my food & AYCE Sushi for my large calorie cheat meal. They are delicious but , my cousin just moved to Oahu(her husband is Coast Guard). I had some great poke in Maui & Kona which is how I got hooked on it .

I feel stupid now eating grilled chicken every day

Hey , I ate so much chicken breasts and tuna that I swore it off ….a few times but , I always come back to it & fish/shellfish for their macro profile.

Right...every1 is eating gumbo,smothered this or that,fried everything 😆 rice n gravy..& I'm enjoying my 99%lean ground turkey jasmine rice no gravy,mayb lil low sodium soy or hot sauce.my cheat meals may b some boiled shrimp or crawfish.

Ughh . Sorry to hear that but, at least he is being treated and hopefully successfully . Chemo is the worst ! Watched a few family & co-workers go through it . I do hear Mary J helps with the stomach nausea a bit ….dunno though .

I ate some yesterday for Brekkie ! I use the Carolina White Corn Grits , totally plain (rinse a few times )and bring to a boil , adding water if needed 2cups dry grits /6 cups water at first. Cook 36-40min total but at the last 1-2min

I stir in Natural Applewood Smoked Gouda(real cheese, not pasteurized) Cut into small cubes, w a 1/4 cup of Heavy Cream . That’s the trick. A bit of water if you need a certain thickness or thin it. It comes out sooo delicious that I could just chug it out of the bowl . Salt & Ground Black pepper of course. I totally hear you on the “grits” thing . Most kids on the West Coast had Cream of Rice , Cream O Wheat , or just Oatmeal . I forgot how much I love grits ! Definitely not Jiffy Corn meal
