Had some good food and better company! Workouts are good, I am cruising until I get all my supps lined up. A lot of good shows & fun to come . Tried a few new attachments and I can tell by the pain , I need to broaden my equipment (used at another gym). I have had some great cheat meals(family stuff). I cannot wait to get going on a good run- I haven’t lost strength at all and feel healthy. I think I made positive changes in my life(being single-ish!) lol

They have a bunch of different ones but they are very awkward at first. But, I am starting to use it a bit more. I do weird variations anyway so I avoided using it for a while but now i am good doing OH presses and other movements

If I had one I'd use it for oh press too. Barbell just too much on elbow but Smith isn't as bad for some reason

No, it’s Mexican Crema. It’s very low fat, usually sprinkle cotija cheese and spices (Mexican corn) but no Mayo !

Evening big guy what’s cooking?

Made some saffron rice; steak, hummus, olives , random foods. I was using what I had and I actually made 8 servings extra. I love summer , grilling and paper plates save me messes and it’s easy . I use the Jaccard pin-punch tenderizer & either do a dry rub, or wet marinade. I’ve been using a lot of Italian/French fresh herbs, dry , Sea salt/Blk pepper , low sodium Tamari, vinegars , citrus .

“Mediterranean” aka Arab food is my favorite. Clean and healthy. Followed closely by Desi cuisine.

My neighbors are Arabs, the mother will send me plates to try. So much flavor, very filling and fresh. Big lover of Indian food too, just wish they’d debone the damn fish sometimes dammit. Love your food Max, my wife can’t cook a god damn thing, I used to cook a ton for the family. Definitely need to get back to doing that, family memories are made in the kitchen. According to my senile ass Grandma

Holy Crypto/Stock Shit Loss Batman! Glad I didn’t buy 4bil in Rivian like Ford(sold shares for $180m). I’m glad I’m a small fish & new to Crypto. It didn’t scare me away- Btc/Ethereum are two that may go very low. I remember posting - when Btc hits $10k , I’m selling cuz I lost some and bought at $3,200; then it hit and I was out . Sucked seeing it hit $60k+ but , I just add small amounts twice a month to each : cryto/Stocks/OTCMKTS/Private companies(all high risk). I have 4 family members(eldest sisters fam) moving into my house for IDK how long. The house deal went through! Omg they couldn’t have timed it better & She and her Husband killed it! Talk about location & timing is everything! I am getting healthy for my upcoming plan and eating well(almost no sugar except fresh fruit). Going to test out new waist trainer as well to see if the effects are pronounced (before & after photos for a company) which is cool. Have a good weekend!

Update- I have been low dosing it and am just updating. Heavy a bit but still lean and zero Gyno issues !! Yay! Scared me but I did the 1,2,3 punch and now I’m fine with just 100mg P5P . I mean complete disappearance!
Update pic . Didn’t have that much time but , I can’t wait to cycle a “real deal” ! I let you know when it’s all going . 4 days a week until then.

Hope your Saturday is going Well! I am helping my sister & family move their stuff(they sold house fully furnished, too) but all their stuff is filling my Garage! Oh well! They did bring a killer Doner Kebab (the sauce is different & doesn’t have this special cheese they used),closest to what I had in Germany! I’ve been to Turkey also; the Euro side is clean and nice, if you go to the Asian side(we were right on the way) and it looks like TJ: all dirty and scary. Luckily we couldn’t enter(due to someone’s job). It was crazy, like being in El Paso and looking across the water on the freeway: Night & Day!
Well, my sisters husband is a literal top IT tech/ and genius mechanic . I am gonna have him install all kinds of equipment, improve my home & CJ-7 Jeep (to sell it, not house). I won a cool prize …I’ll show it to you when it arrives !!

Got the corn bread, the brisket and the beans. Only thing I see missing is a stout and a slice of white onion.

Love all all onions ! I had a massive table with much more . I just had too many peeps in the pic, it was the best brisket I’ve had for sure. I’ve been to the top known TX places (beyond every state but , I was concentrating on beef brisket; it’s my favorite to get (unless I ask for everything)! . Now I want salsa to liven up my chicken!!

Monday’s Workout -
45min circuit training + 25 min Agility Training .(just because I was sick recently and needed my energy, joints/tendons/speed back)

I am doing really good, lots of “luck” or just karma; whatever is in the air! Lol . Seems like wishes are being granted for at least 4 of us (my immediate family). I do have a lot of them using the training studio(seems like everytime I come home, 1 or 2 of them are Lifting or cardio; everyone is getting inspired to train after being here and me moving back to “my house”. Friday is going to be good, I will post up about it if everything goes well. Omg , I have demon seeds for siblings; they want to make all these crazy, extravagant meals ED! Multiple time daily . I have to modify mine or I’d be a pig! I am using berberine HCL and (high fruit/veg/fermented) healthier meals than ever(even though all my food porn confuses people, lol; I make a plate for sharing online but, my actual plate is modified/skipped for leftovers/prepped food I need to eat, but I cook 85% of my posts; 15% (sometimes other family members cook and I assist or they make it themselves). With all the company visiting, my mom said, “ He is like Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen!” . I laughed but I am actually; I dont want distractions and have my own methods. I am out an about; not sleeping enough for sure but, I will soon. I will see some of you soon !

Donner kebabs are the only thing I miss about Scotland. And they are almost worth the trip.
