A lot of us are ex addicts bro.Subbed. Definitely interesting background story, I know I'm a little late to the thread but I'm a recovering addict myself (different doc), but been lifting on and off for 10 years now and finally got that flame under my ass as well. Your story is inspiring

Hey brother, just wanted to drop a note to tell you I've been reading through your log and it's one hell of an inspiring story. Being a guy who's had some alcohol problems in the past, I can relate a bit to what you've went through.
Also, reading through your trial and error moments have been extremely informative. I'm only on week 5 of my first real test run (test E 300mg weekly) and reading through your posts (as well as so many others from the smart folks here) has really helped arm me to be prepared and confident that I at least know a little bit of what I'm doing. Still sooooo much to learn, but I feel good. I directly attribute this to you especially since you've helped me directly with many PM questions I've had.
In closing, you've been a very motivational dude to follow here and I just wanted you to know that your posts and this log especially helps remind me to keep moving forward on days when I feel like shit.
You're the man dude and keep killing it!

The past few workouts have been interesting. I've been pushing past some pain thresholds and realizing that what I thought was going to failure wasn't going to failure at all. In fact I was leaving reps in the tank due to me hitting "my pain threshold". I've been realizing I'm capable of much more than I think I am. You are too! I also realize this is something many of you have probably did for years but it's a new concept to me. I've visited this in the past and kicked up intensity over time but not to this degree.
I was 191 this morning so I'd lost a few pounds and I could tell i leaned out some. Coach raised my macros and it's time to start pushing food digestion has been on point.
Something that has helped my digestion more than anything is something my coach said to try which is adding 8oz of Kombucha daily. Some days I have more than 8oz bc the bottles are 16oz but it's been a huge help!! With my IBS I was having a lot of constipation issues off and on but Kombucha has returned me to normal shits which is great!

These numbers are slightly off from his numbers bc I use a tracking app that goes by percentages but they are rly close.
Bahaha. I remember that scene from the movie Thank you for your kind words.Looking solid my man! You've made such amazing progress from the initial pics in this log. You motivate me dude!
