Those numbers are kind of scary for a 6 foot tall 200 pounder. Are you working with any type of injury or physical disability? If not continue lifting until you are around the 1000 lb club/a solid 220.

Those numbers don't look like "lifting seriously for 3 years" maxs.

You should start here.

This… Take a look at Understanding Esters, Active-Life and Half-Life / Post Cycle Therapy.

Also, what are your goals for this cycle. Being that this is your first time "dabbling in the dark arts" you will most likely want to just use a single ester Test. Most likely Test-E/C which would mean a lot less pinning (2xWeekly). As with any time you play with your hormonal functions, it will benefit you to get pre/intra/post blood work to see how your body responds to your self administered TRT lol.http://labtestsonline.org/understand.../testosterone/ / Cheap BLOODWORK - How to get it without Insurance. You will want to have an AI on hand just in case (info thats available through the stickies). Once you've finished getting' your learn on, i am sure the dudes will be more than happy to pass on their knowledge.

** All of this info found right here on this board and put up to help further our profession from senior members!

You've come to the right place for info, but no one will tell you exactly what to take and how to take it without you taking the first step and educating yourself.

before you succumb you the posts above, maybe get labs. Low t can set your training to the girl checking gym ID's if it's way low. Otherwise I think at your age you can keep up the training still get big improvements with adjustments to training and diet for your age height and weight, but choose your own path.

What kind of training are you doing? You should be able to hit those numbers in 2-3 months with Starting Strength.

The reason your see these posts are there ARE sides to AAS if you didn't get that from the media and the rest of the world already, even if a lot of them are not necessarily wholly accurate. The younger you are the more cautious you should be before considering this path. It isn't something to jump into lightly at all. Welcome, I hope you learn what you're looking for.

^^^ For example, I am 5'9" was sitting at 198, but had dropped to 185 due to an appendectomy. When I. Was able to start working out again I was only benching around 185lbs max, hit the gym hard for 2 months and brought it back to 275 no problem, my squat started at 205 2months later 300+lbs, dead lift was like 255 to start then around 380. I hit the weights for another month, then I decided to start cycling again. But, you are your own person and this is a decision you must make on your own. There are a lot of wise people on the boards with enough knowledge to fill a library. Warrior is one such person with a wealth of knowledge to share.

the advice your getting is all good advice....check your esting habits and routine and see what you can get naturally at your age and then if gains are slow id look into getting labs done and proceeding to aas.

OP don't think that we are trying to discourage you, we are just trying to advise you to reach your maximum natural potential before turning to AAS use. There are so many people seeking instant gratification and they don't understand that it is better to wait until they reach max natty potential before using AAS.
