Something else I wanted to add is that when you research deca/npp (Nandrolone) you may see that some guys get depression when on it. It doesn't seem very common but it can hit different than testosterone.
Obviously if you have a history of depression then you're at a higher risk for a compound to give you depression sides. It's just something to be aware of as a possible side effect so if it happens then you know what may be causing it. The nice thing about npp is when compared to deca is that it can be out of your system much quicker if you experience side effects and you need to drop it.
When you want to try a new compound and it has a short ester version it's not a bad idea to go with the short ester version in case you get sides. This is the same reason you only add ONE new compound at a time that way if you get side effects you know what's causing it instead of trying to guess.
I think mental health isn't discussed enough. I don't necessarily mean here on this forum bc there is a ton of great info here but just in general when it comes to how different compounds alter our brain chemistry.
