Thursday i went completly off my diet the whole day , woke up at 220lbs today and its MF LegDaaaay ! Heavy day
Still feeling pumped the whole day , i might increase my Cardarine , as im gaining weight my cardio is starting to suffer a lil bit.
Use it as Motivation to kill it at the Gym today bro !I felt like shit all day today because I ate like a complete asshole all day yesterday lol

Seated DB M press
Chest flys
Rope pull downs
Side laterals
Dips
200cals cardio
I went as heavy as possible with good form , felt pretty fucking good.
Really liking this YK-11 ,
Should i up the dose?im at 15mg ed right now...

Had a nice Pull Sesh today , didnt feel any differece from 15 to 20mg of yk-11 . Ill keep it at 20mg for a few more days ...Yuuup!

Ok, so 20mg of yk11 is a lil too much for me , pumps are crazy to the point of almost cramping.
I take it all 30mins pre trainning .
I would compare 20mgs of yk11 to 20-30mgs of sdrol as far as pumps.

I was playing around with it as far as 10mg am and 10mg around 1pm and then dosing the whole 20mg 1hr before workout. I think I honestly like it best taken at once pwo like an hour before hand! Pumps are nuts lol

Back at it Saturday with pullday.
Did 15mins cardio as well.
Sunday was legday , no cardio and lots of stretching.
Im around 225lbs right now , so about 25lbs up since i started iirc...

I have to admit in impressed with the results from yk11 ,
Im getting bloodwork soon and see how toxic it is on my liver , then ill decide if i add it to my next bulking cycle
Yes , i really like it so Far , its deff a bulker , i think 15mg might be a bit much , 10mg should be my sweet spot.
Hopefully it doesnt mess with my liver too much because i would really like to add it in my next bulker blast.

I’m currently winding down from a successful 6 week tren/mast prop run. I’m not sure what direction I’m gonna take yet but I’m definitely gonna consider yk 11 as part of my next stack. I am thinking the yk-11 May add some fullness back in that I lose when I use tren... thanks for the intel and you look awesome, I think you and I shoot for the same aesthetics, you look great btw. Do you have a log?
