Got my Yk-11 and Cardarine in the mail today .

Log will begin the wknd of Nov 9th .

I end my blast on that wknd and ill start my rebound with YK-11 and cardarine. Not sure how to dose the yk11 , but cardarine will be 20mg every morning.

Hoping Cardarine will help my cholesterol and yk-11 help me keep some of these gains.

The yk-11 I’m doing at 15mg a day. 5mg at 6am and 10mg around noon time. I’ll be bumping it up to 20mg after next week! Can’t wait for you log to begin to see how you like the product!

300mg test Cyp weekly , 3.3 iu hgh pwo m-f

Then of course ill add Cardarine at 20mg AM and 10-15mg Yk-11 pre trainning .

Calories will be going up about 100-150 per week , trying to have a nice clean Rebound and transition into an all out Bulk.
Stage weight is around 200lbs , trying to reach 245lbs under 15% BF in off season , wich might take a year or two... im ok with it

Im here guys.

I get back home tonight after my post show Vacations 🤠

So , expect starting pics and all that good stuff.

I had been eating like an asshole last week , til got a stomach bug (thanks Cancun)
Now its time to hit this rebound hard 💪💪

Ok, day 1 of this Log.

Ill Reverse diet as best as i can.

I was following this diet 2 weeks out from my nov 9th show, carbs and fats will stay the same , protein will go up a lil bit and i wont be as strict , protein sources will vary between chicken , ground turkey , lean red meats, eggs and salmon.

Meal 1
50g carbs /Oats
10 egg whites
1 egg
1 cup spinach
1tbsp almond.butter

Meal 2
50g protein / chicken
1 cup veggies

Meal 3
50g protein
1 cup veggies

Meal 4 (pre workout)
35g protein /ground turkey
100g carbs /jasmine rice

Meal 5
50g protein /Salmon



Stage weight was around 200lbs.

This morning i woke up at 206lbs, so yeah i got some work to do in order to get to my goal of 245 lbs
Trainning wise ill probably do push /pull / legs .
Once im done with this rebound i might go back to Fortitude Trainning.

Cardarine will be at 20mg daily and yk11 will be at 15mg.

Split am and pre trainning.

Ill be on my trt dose of Test , 200mg test Cyp weekly split in 2 shots. I do not need an ai with this dose.


My stats are

37 yrs old
6'1"
10-12% bf

No need to be peeled if not competing imho, i think i rather have a lil bit of a gut and keep making gains .

Don't let anyone fool you, all of us are always bulking, some guys like to just word it differently..lol.. I mean who doesn't what a few extra lbs of beef..

Woke up at 206lbs today , got as low as 190lbs back in March.

I usually walk around at 220lbs.

Goal for 2020 is 245 lbs under 15% BF

30mins /400 cals cardio.

Trainned back , felt pretty weak but had a decent pump.

I guess strenght will come back as i add calories back in...

Cardio 300cals and a lil bit of chest today.

Cardio was no problem , training chest was weird today , my shoulders got SO pumped that it almost felt like they were cramping , i was only able to do 3 out of my usual 5 or 6 movements (3-4 sets , 8-12 reps)

Called it a day after this and did some posing and stretching , trainning will probably suck for the next few weeks.

Took a tab of Modafinil this morning , im back to work today after 2 weeks off. So ill need all the extra focus i can get , ill report later in how i feel...

So i deff felt the Modafinil working , Mondays are usually a slow day for me at work , today felt more crisp and actually wanting to get shit done. Its been about 9hrs and i still feel good , motivated to hit Legs today 😎

Coke zero's the way to go my dude.. I can only deal with water for so long..

Sometimes i get lucky and Find Sprite Zero and even Fanta Zero at my local Costco. . .

LegDay went pretty good.
Pumps are crazy , idk if its the YK-11 or what , but it feels awesome.

Cardarine seems to be doing is Magic , Cardio is not hard at all. Im doing 20mins/300 cals on Incline threadmill.

Feeling great. Libido is high , diet is good.

Fucked up on my diet yesterday . Had Burger and fries and a strawberry shake for lunch and a bigAss bowl of CapntCrunch after training .

Woke up bloated and with a bad headache today. Popped a tab of Carditone and ill go back to my normal diet.

Its pull day today and i have to prep more food for the rest of the week.

Fasted weight this morning was 214 lbs iirc
