didnt put on too much size. I was blasting for probably 24 weeks at that point. felt myself running in place which is what happens when i drag a cycle out too long. Some fellas who've known me for a while saw me do that for like a year straight. not happening again.

dropping down to 150 test. going cold turkey for 2 weeks then adding test in at 150mg and 2iu hgh.

Riding this out til february with no real goal in mind. ive got thanksgiving, a week long work trip, christmas, new year, and my birthday in this time frame so I'm not gunna try doing a hard cut. gunna save all that for when I have drugs. just chilling for now, then starting a show prep fresh in february where i can hopefully grow into the show

diets gunna be 4 scoops of whey for breakfast, 4 before bed. then whatever I want the rest of the day. I always try to get a good serving of protein in at each meal though.

Can't remember what I ate this day. know i had a bunch of soda, doritos (flaming hot), panda, and sour skittles.

Hit back day. form was a little meh on my yates row. my traps seem to be the only thing getting worked from these workouts. i dont feel a ton of arm involvement at any point in the workout, but by the time i got to do my arm movements are the end i can barely get any reps so i guess theyre working

i used a different cable for my rows so the numbers are probably scoffed

went to walmart after the gym to get skittles and flaming hot doritos. ran into my ex. chatted up a bit

ex came over today. went well. seeing about getting back together. good person; when i ended things last time i felt like that was the first tome i walked away from a relationship a better person than i came in. so shes a good influence, hopefully it works out.

no gym today. had a mongolian hibachi place for lunch&dinner and 2 chic fil a combos with ex

these are around the start of june. wanna say i was low 180s iirc. id say most of the size was put on in the first 12 weeks back on cycle

i wanna say i had some better looks earlier in the year. around the time of those photos i was just graduating and kinda tryna chill out a bit with moving and starting my career. might have downsized a little

im not in dark times man 🤣 really dont care about much at all right now which is pretty damn relieving. been all bent on self improvement; being the best at this and that. only doing things for the sake of progress or bettering myself. pretty sure the need for improvement was just born out of an insecurity of not thinking i was good enough. been fine lately; been doing a lot of things just for the sake of enjoyment.

hinachi breakfast, freddy steakburger lunch, whataburger dinner. im at my parents so im not cooking or anything. forgot to pinbefore i left, so it will be a 13 day cold turkey before i start the cruise dose

hit chest day. i know i said i was gunna go lighter on bench but i was with ny dad so i had to load up 3 plates to mog him (he benches 25s). easiest its moved, prob had 4 in me but no way he was gunna spot me.

forgot to do an overhead movement but my triceps felt amazing this workout anyway. different pulley systems at this gym so no point in tracking weight on lateral raises. the way i did them felt amazing though. too tier push day for my tris and delts. chest didnt do much though

some progress pics. white shorts today, blue shorts from july so @Rsomersjr can see the different from some before where i didnt look horrible. not as crazy of a difference, but i think i was back on cycle at that point.

I don’t know bro but I think that’s a massive fucking improvement for sub 6 months, just my unprofessional opinion but it’s clear as day. Gains were had!

Delts traps and chest made big improvements. Fuck yeah man.

competition mode activated. hit legs today and treated every single set like it was a competition. just kinda imagined the other competitors on stage, figured theyre pushing themselves, im gunna make sure i dont stop the set til the weight puts itself down. every set.

topsets attached, legs still look like shit, but hopefully by mid feb theyll be less bad. everything was done with slow tempo and pauses and whatnot, leg press done with feet nearly touching for quad emphasis. did them kinda like a leg extension then just allowed the knees to move into the place they naturally went as the feet extended. very satisfied with the workout.
upped the volume a bit, 5 sets leg ext, 3 sets ham, 2 sets bad girl, 3 sets leg press, 5 sets calf, 3 sets good girl.

meal prepped for tomorrow. switching to potatoes to bump up my potassium, switched chicken for beef because it pairs better with potatoes. only prepped 400g potatoes for each meal tomorrow but realized how tiny it was after so ill prob bump that to 600 moving forward

greg doucette claims to have sold over 100,000 of his cookbooks for a little over 100 bucks each. was trying to say that as a flex to say he's made 10 million dollars and is richer than togi blah blah blah.

no way in hell this guy's actually sold that cookbook to nearly 1/3 of the us... i definitely think he has made a good bit of money in his career though, but why would he cite that bs about his cookbook as his primary source of income instead of going into the logistics of his deals and companies and all that 🤔🤔 sounds like money laundering for selling ped's imo
