I’m 42, work a career, a bunch of overtime and have two active kids. I never skip a workout and keep diet in an above average range. Meaning I try to eat clean, brown bag lunch, but if I have my kids and decide
To have some pizza, so be it. I also train with a higher intensity at gym.
The other day I was looking at some of these young guys training and realized their focus and intensity level sucked. I was schooled right way by right dudes about training mindset. I mean some of these fools don’t even look like they’re sweating at gym. Maybe it’s the pre workout lol, but I’m usually drenched when I leave gym.
Either way, for being over 40, we are doing a okay in my book.
Now I’m going to go back to thinking of a California steak burrito with Double steak
