Oh hear, gotcha. I'll dig it up and post it. Ian Miles Chong on Twitter posted it from two separate angles if you have a chance to pull it up before I do. I just got real busy at work and gotta get my ass to the gym

I'll search for it.

I'm not trying to justify anything the rioters are doing. My point is the kid shot someone, that then lead to him shooting others. We can debate all day on what we think is right or wrong when it comes to protecting things.. my opinion is that he was protecting anything. He left his house, with his gun, hoping he'd get to use it.. and he did. I guess if it is okay for him to do that.. then why aren't the police just shooting everyone?

I don’t see where it says it’s illegal to carry a rifle openly in Wisconsin.

Because it isn't..... lol.... this guy is a lefty clown that will never admit the truth. Typical useful idiot commie bastard.

He said this after all "Yep, that awesome, and especially if it is true. Because he has no right to shoot anyone, especially over property that isn't his. So we agree now that he is guilty?" somelosernamedSTTM

Anyways only commies talk like that. So we know what and who he is, once I called him on it....his pussy got hurt cuz now his 50 cent per post fee gets docked...lol

I leave my house with my gun everyday in HOPES i NEVER have to use it. The issue is you think anybody with a gun is looking for trouble when in fact they are trying to avoid it, and protect themselves, families, and other citizens. That includes property. I mean if it is no big deal put your name and address out there and lets see how you feel when it is your house burnt down...looted....etc.

He was open carrying a long gun with what looked like a single point sling. Completely legal depending on the state,so it isn't considered brandishing. I've watched the the video of the first shooting and the shorter one. The only law the kid broke was being 17 with the rifle. If he starts a go fund me page I'm in.

It's hard to decipher everything in the video. I don't even know if he was the one who shot the guy or not. I'll say this though.. if one of my family members or friends were shot like that, I'd probably be chasing the guy too. He put himself in that situation, made all the wrong decisions, and made things worse. I don't feel sorry for him one bit.

I mean.. if you really look more into it. He shot and killed someone in a parking lot before he was being filmed. But, I guess that's okay too.
I did see this well not really someone runs by and throws a Molotov cocktail at someone and than there are shots fired behind a car . You can’t see much at all .

I'm not that well spoken when it comes to guns.

But, with him having the gun in his hands, it's brandishing.

It doesn’t matter the term you use. He was open carrying a rifle. Which is legal. I guess, in Wisconsin, you have to be 18 or older.

who carries a gun that is not “ready to use”? That seems like a dumb waste of time. If it ain’t ready to use its worthless. You’re talking split second reaction or your dead.

If you carry, you should be ready to use in emergency situations.

I think your stretching a bit for the “intent to use”. I can understand if he was at a school or workplace, but he went to a riot which has been burning cities, killing innocent folks and robbing/burglarizing citizens for the last 3 months at least all over the country.

Having different beliefs and view points is fine. I am here stating my opinion, having an open discussion with others.. without disrespecting them. You came in here and just started with a bunch of insults, calling me a pussy, a communist, ect. You said you hope me and my family gets killed (real classy), you just asked for my address. You talk about other people being low lifes.. but with how you just represented yourself, you are about as low as they come.

State law will dictate but carrying on a single point and stabilizing with your hand you should be good.
Shouldering the rifle is another thing all together.

Yeah.. I understand what you are saying with the difference between open carrying and brandishing.. were just splitting hairs with what we think the difference is. You have to be 18+ to open carry in most states I believe. Whether you agree with that or not, that is the law.

He went to a riot.. with a gun. That is exactly my point, and with my argument of him having the intent to use it. The kids not a hero. He didn't belong there. He put himself in that situation. He fucked up, royally.

No, I am saying that you can hear it in the main video that was posted by the guy live streaming, that he had just shot someone. I am not claiming that I saw a video of the first shooting. So if you have the info.. please post it and I will look.

You didn’t even know why he shot the dude in the parking lot until I posted it.

You’re a shitstain and part of the problem.

David Dorn: Dorn, a 77-year-old Black man was killed after midnight on June 2 after responding to an alarm at a pawn shop in St. Louis. He was a retired officer providing security for the store. About 55 businesses were burglarized or damaged in St. Louis that night. Stephan Cannon faces multiple charges, including first-degree murder. Officers who worked with Dorn said he was a role model who they will honor.

I found this is less than 1 minute. I even posted a few names for you, but the number of deaths is upwards of 250 dead from riots.

I get your point. I wouldn’t go to a riot but I’d protect my home from one. Also, I think he’s using the “I came to help cuz I’m an emt but brought the gun to protect cuz I know these things are violent”

for me, imma wait to pass judgement when 1.) all the facts get out and 2.) I actually give a shit (which prolly won’t happen)

haha kids an idiot

the rioters and there reasoning for rioting is also idiotic.

not sure if the victims were rioters or just peeps that saw a gunman , don’t care to watch the video just yet. I’m entertained by the back n forth here tho

Lol @“real education”. That is in academia I suppose?
So to you, academia, LE training, life experience et al are mutually exclusive?
You go on to state your opinion and admit you aren’t well versed in things related to the subject.
The internet never ceases to amaze me. You and your “real education” and general lack of knowledge on this subject would see you eaten alive in my social circle.
I wonder if your education includes practice and life lessons. Doesn’t sound like it.

Did you watch the video? Lol

Not sure how anything in that videos goes against anything I've said. He shot a guy in the head, fled the scene.. and then shot more people that were trying to take him down because of the first shooting. But you say that's self defense, right? Shooting unarmed people who are trying to disarm you after you shot another unarmed man in the head. Makes since.

And there's not really any evidence that shows he was acting in self defense in the first shooting. It just shows a bunch of pissed off people, on both sides, arguing. You don't get to shoot a guy in the head just because he made you mad.

Ànd again I'll reiterate. He was brandishing his weapon. Look at everyone else in the video, how they have their guns how they should be. The kid is stupid.. his John Wayne mentality just got him life in prison.

You really do like the word brandishing. LOL
Does using a 3 syllable word that normal people don’t use make you feel more intelligent? Because it actually makes you sound like a pompous asswipe.
A few decades ago when I was a young college student I had a professor tell me to stop using my extensive vocabulary because I sounded just like you.

I think this might be one of the stupidest replies I've ever seen. I say brandish, because that is the literal term for what he was doing. I'm sure many people know and use that word. I'm sorry that your vocabulary is so limited that you think a 3 syllable word is somehow being used to look pompous. If you look close enough in that previous sentence, you will notice that I used the word vocabulary; which has 5 syllables. I am clearly better than everyone here. I also used many oxford commas, and even threw in a semicolon, just to show how elite I am.

Carrying a gun and brandishing a gun are two different things. If he was just carrying a gun, I would not say he was brandishing it. And again, brandish/brandishing is a pretty common word. I am pretty sure most people wouldn't find it too fancy.

Its 3 hours past my bed time, so I am going to sleep. We will continue this argument tomorrow at approximately 9am eastern time. Have a wonderful evening sir.

No I honestly can’t even remember the last time I heard anyone use the word brandishing, maybe in a book. And if you think your vocabulary is beyond mine I would love to have a conversation in person to find out. Furthermore you might want to brush up on your grammar skills and learn the proper use of a comma, semicolon and a colon. If you’re going to try and school someone be sure that you’re more educated first.

I like to brandish my cock on the first date; I don’t get many second dates.

I do think this kid was in over his head. I think he’s a moron for going out to the riot. I think the store owners should have been the one shooting the idiots in the streets.

I don’t see this kid getting off (not in today’s world). But, the first white head shot victim did say racism words. So... I thought it was justifiable to murder people for saying racism-isms.

You should read Wisconsin leg 941.20. Brandishing isn't defined and nothing the kid did was illegal with the exception of being underaged with a long gun. Obviously the shooting will be decided in court, I'm just addressing the brandishing you keep saying he's guilty of.

Serious question I wonder how this story would be playing out differently if the kid was a couple months older. Assuming the legal carry age is 18 for long guns as it is in my state (handguns being 21). Everyone is very hung up on him being underage by less than a year. If he was of age would he still be arrested?
