Hello all, been reading off and on for a month or so, decicided to join in. I'm 38 and looking to transform my body. I'm 5'11" 205lbs. Not terribly out of shape but not the right shape I'd like to be. I'm open to suggestions from anyone with experience. My regimend has been the same for the last 4 yrs with weights, shakes, jogging. I have not been able to achieve any real muscle mass or able to lean out much. Would definitely like to show more lean mass on my body if possible!
