Conditioning. Get a ton of work done in as little time as possible. Busy as fuck and joints feeling pretty beat from the heavy lifting. If I can hold close to my weight and end up a lot more conditioned and leaner, I'll be happy just staying on just trt doses for the rest of the year.
I'm off cycle, starting 4th week of TRT. I will be tightening up the diet, cutting some carbs and fat, adding a little more cardio. ABS are back, but still need to lose more. I'm trying to get to that 10% body fat before next cycle. I've got some business trips coming up, will have to be more careful than the last few. I let the diet go and feel like I blew the last 2 or 3 weeks of the cycle due to that crappy road food. But, I am happy with what I did accomplish. Thanks to everyone who contributes on ASF, it was a great help to me.
