I feel goals are a must, give you something to work towards. What's your guys June goals. Drop x pounds, or put on x pounds. ??

Get my diet dialed the fuck in. It's pretty good now but definitely room for improvement!

Conditioning. Get a ton of work done in as little time as possible. Busy as fuck and joints feeling pretty beat from the heavy lifting. If I can hold close to my weight and end up a lot more conditioned and leaner, I'll be happy just staying on just trt doses for the rest of the year.

I'm off cycle, starting 4th week of TRT. I will be tightening up the diet, cutting some carbs and fat, adding a little more cardio. ABS are back, but still need to lose more. I'm trying to get to that 10% body fat before next cycle. I've got some business trips coming up, will have to be more careful than the last few. I let the diet go and feel like I blew the last 2 or 3 weeks of the cycle due to that crappy road food. But, I am happy with what I did accomplish. Thanks to everyone who contributes on ASF, it was a great help to me.

Lose the rest of this abdomen fat off of my lower abs or die trying.
Sema my brother. That took the last of mine off in about 6-8 weeks. You'll get it done! My cardio and diet was in check but Sema helped melt the rest right off.

230lbs same condition. Might be tuff at 220 this morning and off. I kind of like setting my goals a little high failing. Makes you angry and more motivated

Hell yea lots of solid goals. That's what I like to see. I gotta drop some pounds get my abs popping hard..
