This youngster 29 years young giving out all this advice about AAS. What are your thoughts. Any of you know him/follow him? He's known for calling out people who claim to be natty but in fact are not. I think the advice given is absolutely absurd.the duration of the cycles are shocking - 2nd cycle 1000mg etc etc..... Just my opinion. Wow! What you guys think?

Although I don’t agree with everything the guy says, he is trying to shine some light on how people lie about their dosages. I think the advice he’s giving to people for this first cycle is retarded, but the dosages and compounds really aren’t too aggressive for anyone with any experience. In addition, I think people often run their blasts too short. Get bloods done at week 12 if you’re concerned. Unless you’re blasting heavy orals or tren, you probably can go another 8-10 weeks. 6-8 weeks on 100mg dbol or Anadrol isn’t that insane, as long as you’re controlling your blood pressure. I personally can’t tolerate 100mg dbol preworkout with the estrogen spikes. 100mg Anadrol for 6-8 weeks is extremely conservative. The clinical studies show Anadrol taken at 100mg for 24 weeks. I’d prefer to run higher Anadrol dosage for 4-6 weeks, but that’s just me.

I think his main message is similar to Bostin Loyd. Pros lie about their dosages, even when they’re being “honest”. Look at Seth Feroce, saying he’s just on trt… I’m not saying more is better. But you gotta run a shitload of gear, hgh, and slin if you want to get huge, even more so if your genetics are lacking.

I agree with running 20 week plus cycles as long as blood work is reasonable . I don’t believe 6-10 weeks cycles are enough. But this guy is saying 1g of test for 36 weeks and 100mg of dbol for 8 weeks without knowing much about who he's giving that advice to. And then on top of that sharing it for others to take that as gospel.

I disagree with his assessment of low dose tren.

You’ll be surprised how far 100mg of tren per week for 10-12 weeks will take you if you’re dialed in on all fronts.

I’m fact, low dose anything added to a “trt” type cruise for us aging gym rats can be effective and a lot safer than mega blasts these youngers guys are doing.

If your competing it’s a different story. You’ve got to compete with guys who are blasting multiple compounds and ancillaries at large doses. It can be done a lot safer than it seems to be done by all these YouTube gurus but…. Not a game I want to play.

Again you don’t understand what a cruise is, so I don’t know why you even make this thread. If you blast a gram and a half or more of test, 400-500mg of test to cruise assuming your bloods aren’t fkd is not crazy. Dosages are subjective especially cruise dosages, depending on what you blast.
