Added in 1cap AM and PM of SuperDMZ2.0 starting this morning. MK677 has climbed from 25mg/night to 50mg/night across that past couple weeks.

Pinned 250mg test E this afternoon preworkout. Also took 25mg Tbol sublingual preworkout.

This afternoon workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, then 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 2.3miles

Rope cable tricep pushdowns 50lbs x17 RP x6

Cable Lateral raises 20lbs ea side(crossed cables style hitting both simultaneously) x19 RP x5

Strive machine lat pulldowns 16plates x17 RP x5

Strive machine seated OH Press 11plates x12 RP x5

Single DB OH Tricep ext 40lber x19 RP x7

Incline bench seated DB curls 20s x13 RP x4

DC style stretching after all sets. The DMZ2.0 this morning and Tbol preworkout had me hypo starting into the workout so I had more honey during my workout than usual.

I like them in a time crunch to get a lot of failure work in in a short time period, but in general I enjoy mixing in various intensity techniques for fun and growth.

DC style stretching after all sets. I had some awesome pumps.

This mornings workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, hot/cold therapy with a shower alternating the 2, 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 2.7miles

A lot has happened the past few days. I don't have much of possessions left and no vehicle, don't feel sorry it was of my own stupidity and insanity. I have to rebuild my life from damn near scratch but it's all part of God's plan so I'm not down. I haven't trained since my last post, I got the itch so I found a milk crate and put bricks in it for a weight. Broke a tree branch in the yard trying to do pull ups, did other various upper body exercises as well. Got a pump in my whole upper body minus hitting abs directly, I feel so much better after the workout. The Big Guy Upstairs certainly made me eat a slice of humble pie.

I have also been getting in an average of 5-6miles of walking each day.
 
Ran and walked this morning a mix for 3.5miles

Hit arms and abs with makeshift weights and BW exercises. I got a good pump and tried to make each muscle group get at least close to failure.
 
Been walking and running everyday just nothing worth writing about, it's enough to keep me sane.....ish.

Today a buddy took me to the gym with him.
Jogged .85mile in 11:30min to warm up then hit a mix of

Chin Ups
Dips
Cable tricep pushdowns
Bent over cable rope OH Tricep Ext
Kneeling BB Ab Rollouts

I wish you could understand just how wrong you are about this, I shouldn't be here typing this.

The whole cycle came to an abrupt end is the best way to explain it. It worked, i pack on a lot of size in short time.

Awesome! Religion aside...just saying you can do it man. No disrespect intended. Quite the opposite.
 
Stayed moving all day then hit a small workout in the evening

Lateral raises
Upright Rows
Self assisted OH Push Ups

Got a pump, DC stretching afterwards
 
Walked a few miles this early afternoon.

I got my training bands and stuff back so I can do isolation work again.
This evening's workout was triceps, shoulders, and lats

Band lat pulldowns
Chest supported low Rows with bricks in a milk crate for weight
Single arm Cross body low Rows
Lateral raises
Band tricep pushdowns
Band OH tricep ext
Band OH Presses
 
Man in have to say i have barely trained and definitely not been eating enough protein the past coupleweeks, but despite that I haven't really lost much size. That death cycle i was running made learn the real keys to growing permanent tissue are

driving down myostatin by training as frequently as recovery let's you and with high dose androgens

And elevating igf for long periods of time

I've never looked more like a bodybuilder than this past year and those 3 things were pretty steady throughout that year.

No training yesterday or today but both days backpacked/rucked around 2-2.5miles with 30-40lbs and totaled 4.5miles total walking each day.
 
Morning weight 201lbs, I havent weighed in in a couple weeks and didn't think I'd be this light. Fortunately most of this weight has came from my legs which, upper body is still decently broly or at least with a pump. I youred a strongman/powerlifting gym a couple streets from me I didn't know about until a few days ago. I will likely be joining within the next week or 2.
