I ran it about 10 years ago and quit after 2 weeks for the same reason. What's your favorite compound to "microdose" that still gives you bang for your buck? I'd like to get off my Anavar for an oil for this summer cut that I have in progress right now. Running 300 cyp, 300 primo 4iu gh, and 50 var now.
I plan to stay year round on my current injects:
50-60mg test prop
25-30mg NPP
25-30mg masteron prop
I add in orals periodically, just as a preworkout. I never have a plan for the orals. I have Anadrol, dbol, tbol, Winstrol, and anavar. I just take whatever feels right that day. I’m on a break from orals now for awhile.
The only thing I would consider microdosing again is tren. But I’m kind of afraid of it currently. I feel pretty good and don’t want to mess that up. I wish I could add in equipoise but in the past my hemoglobin was 25 and I don’t think it wise to tempt fate by using it.

Today, I added 10mg cardarine(GW-501516) to my preworkout. I got real energized after an hour then trained legs.
LEGS:

GIANT SET:

(4 sets each, all with a 50Lb kettlebell)
  • duck squats
  • regular squats
  • stiff legged deadlifts
  • standing calf raises

GIANT SET:
(3 sets each with 30Lb dumbbells)
  • squats
  • dead lifts
  • stiff legged deadlifts
  • standing calf raises

SUPERSET:
(4 sets each using monkey feet and 15Lb dumbbells)
  • leg extensions
  • lying leg curls

CARDIO:
- 20 minutes on the bike at level 13 and level 14.

SUPERSET:

(3 sets each)
  • dumbbell hammer curls
  • dumbbell kickbacks

GIANT SET:
(3 sets each)
  • one arm band curls
  • one arm reverse grip band curls
  • one arm reverse grip band pushdowns
  • one arm overhand band pushdowns
  • one arm hammer grip band pushdowns

GIANT SET:
(3 sets each)
  • dumbbell swing curls across the body
  • dumbbell curls
  • band kickbacks

  • alternating dumbbell curls
  • lying one arm dumbbell extensions

  • 4 sets upright kettlebell rows
  • 4 sets dumbbell lateral raises

This is going to be a cardio day. This morning I took my usual supplements:
  • 50mg testosterone propionate
  • 30mg NPP
  • 30mg masteron Propionate
  • 2.5ius HGH
  • 3 grams white vein meang da kratom
  • 75mg tianeptine
  • 50mg bromantane
  • 10mg Cialis
  • 10mg GW-501516

Here is my blood pressure after all of the nootropics and morning “get up and go” drugs.

I had my first protein/oat shake with
1 methyl blue capsule
2 grams taurine
600mg Berberine
3 grams MCT Oil
2 grams fish oil
1 gram krill oil
1 vitamin/mineral tablet
500mg magnesium
Just did 35 minutes on the treadmill at speed 3.2 and elevation 7-10%.

CHEST:
  • 4 sets of pushups with hands on sliding discs where I slide my hands together while pushing up so it simulates a pressing fly.
  • 11 sets of feet elevated push-ups with various hand positions to hit all areas of upper chest
  • 5 sets of band flies up high , down low, and mid pec.

Just about the same as mine! I keep it low as possible , I think being an athlete and cardio help a lot . It’s hard to keep it down on high PED’s but, I have done it so far (besides while I’m clanging & Banging. That’s good systolic/diastolic . I see a lot of guys using micardis and other meds , luckily I don’t have to take any ; I can’t use beta blockers anyway(sounds odd but I had it raise my pressure) my system is odd. The reason I know is I’m Rx’d Dyazide for Ménière’s disease but I don’t use it, I did at 17 and after a few months it had super odd sides like (air headedness)if thats a word ,
