3/12..scheduled off day off
Went in did some arms (giant sets),light shoulder work (side delts)calves then 30 min on treadmill uphill.sweating my ass off today it's 84 here ,baseball practice with my son.great day off 😂
Definitely sleeping in tomorrow..

Fuckin 84! Sheeeshhh. It's 20s this morning real feel of 6, next week supposed to be in 40s :cool:

Little dinner for me & my lady..

Two of my favorites.

I've been buying top sirloin all the time lately. If it's cooked rare plus to med rare, it's a very nice piece of meat for around $5 for half a pound. I have been eating steak almost everyday now. I know that's not the best thing, but man I love it.

Sushi is also my weakness, but I wait until Wednesday when rolls are $5 at good ol' Pube-lix

So long week of no gym,weather was 72 then 45 couple hours later,anyways been feeling shitty all week,sore throat couldn't breath good,fatigued and brain fog,,not covid..sinus infection I guess,still had to work though..
Better now not a 100% but f it going do chest/back tomorrow legs and light shoulder work sun..got to get back on track..

Been there, done that with the sickness. It's very inconvenient for sickness to break up a good training cycle. Have a great workout Sunday!!

Current gear test 650 primo 500
Proviron dropped 25 ed..e2 was a bit low so made adjustments..
Gh 4iu pwo
T4 50 ed.
Fish oil 3g ed
Creatine 5g post
4400 cals roughly.

I like your style ! Primo & Proviron do that to me and long story short : I tried lil bumps of suspension and it worked but the real fix was adding 200-250mg testosterone undecanoate and after a few weeks (2-3) my e2 went into normal range . I love primo Provi but mainly ran it for the weeks before pics/competition. I’m able to run 25mg daily year round and bump it up during blasts . This is the first time in a long Time I haven’t used it . Good job adding the T4 , I found that I have a hyper functional thyroid so I can get away with low doses but some guys have hypo already , then they introduce gh and it gets worse . I had to do a lot of bloodwork the past years along with blood/glucose testing to see how my body works. T4 - 25mcg-200mcg is the range I’ve seen used so it varies among bodybuilders. (Especially female athletes ) .

This week I only did big basic
lifts,squats,deads,bench,military press,A few orhers..I warmed up,got nice a primed and training with more intensity, felt great,eod aproach,cardio on most off days,just needed a change,shock the body.my appetite is Def in full swing,if there was more time in the day I could Def see 5000 calories. Accumulated lower back fat but abs still visible so I keep eating big for now.

Getting proper calories for sure and your gaining well. I have plenty of clients that have the low back fat, low abdomen, side handle fat. I noticed just barely that injecting gh and peptides into that area can help but it may be my imagination. I also train myself to wear a waist trainer (longer duration each time ) but , not during workouts and I swear by them! Look at corset women over the years..I don’t recommend that but a good waist trainer (not the cheapo ones . Make sure it adjusts tight and you have room to go tighter and tighter .

Always ask physician before using any new item
