looks like a solid log man, i couldnt imagine eating 4500 calories clean :cry: im over here trying to lean out a bit more on like 2000 calories, and i bulk at like 2600/2800 depending on my work expenditure. Im sure now that im in construction ill have to up those calories even more once i hit my goal weight
gonna have to practice just force feeding or some high calories shakes

Really? Any size gain over time?
i was 185 in august so yea.but can alot can contribute to that.i had logs (before that tornado)measurements and weight gain,so yes i have def seen some gains everywhere ,im go get on tht machine again soon,i believe they should have my #s from the 6 months i was getting analyzed.

Yeah might have to hit you up for some of those, currently trying to lean out a bit and planning my cycle. Gotta get bloods again and the works. Doesnt help winters been shit so works been spotty, and the nearest lab for my blood work is atleast 60 miles, even farther if i wanna use labcorp or quest lol. Once i get there and am ready to lean bulk id def be interested.

Right now im just half tempted to do a more aggressive cut to lose some extra pounds. Injured my back and lost about 6 weeks in the gym so any strength gains i had made previously are practically gone so wouldnt be to awful if i just went a little more aggressive. Been about 2-3 weeks counting calories and im liking the progress so far but im sure could be better. I work out at my makeshift home gym so limited and dont have anything for cardio right now nor am i interested in doing any atm :LOL:. i personally dont mind just cutting calories slightly more, plus i recently started some new meds that supresss my appetite anyways so sort of a win win

So I got a little off track after deload week,but still pushing,
2/20 chest
2/21 back both sessions felt great added little weight,still pushing cardio more,bout to switch gyms fn influx of new people is great as a whole but overwhelming at times,I like to get in do my work and get out..seems like new generation just wanna watch a video or get song right to workout.anyways these 24/7 chain gyms I'm over it.off day & kids are out for the night besides for the baby so early night and get some good bedroom cardio in..

Just a light day get the blood flowing, been busy as shit with work..always something, sleeping well,but not enough..big day tomorrow I'm at a new gym,alot of older machines (plate loaded)dead weight,pendulum & hack squat,hammer strength etc..my gym was getting a bit to much over crowded w the 1st of the year crowd.anyways excited about ..it's gunna be a good change of scenery and workouts..looking foward to it

nice man im jealous, we got a small "gym" in town (in basement of hospital) with legit 1 bench, $25 a month lol. such a joke. I got some stuff in the basement but still super limited, if i can manage to find the space i need to invest in a weight pulley system with all the adjustments, but wouldnt work in my basement dont have the height for it

That's not too bad even if it's just a basic gym setup. One hospital I used to work at had a gym that had some decent if basic stuff too...right near the server room that I had my little office in (I was the IT systems admin there). Easy peasy to go get in a quick workout :)

Was nice having a gym at work..I used to hit 20-30 cardio in before I ate lunch,was cutting weight at the time..always found training in am works for me..I'm drained after work,lately, I would work 9hrs and have already consumed 3000+calories and just wasn't at a 100% training afternoon. I'm switching back starting now.

Pendulum squat is brutal,a couple plates feels like hundreds of lbs..hack squat felt great,Leg ext seated & lying ham curls...seated & standing calves..ended up hitting my shoulders too,after resting 10 min drinking intra carbs,
Everything felt great.

I'm loving all the plate loaded hammer strength ,behind the neck,chest press etc..chest support t bar row..shit he'll of alot better than all that pre cor stuff had at other gym..best part is on a sat around lunch was only 3 other people in there..Friday in am was 1 person and and female yoga class or something upstairs..good things to come.
