Ugghhh if it's not one thing it's another,electrical problems at the house,anyways stove is out,had turn all high voltage breakers off till tomorrow 🙄 😒..anyways great thing know people at local seafood restaurant..1 lb boiled shrimpScreenshot_20230121-203345_Photos.jpg

went cook 3 lbs ground turkey,pot of jasmine rice,dozen eggs at neighbors house,should get me through till tomorrow night.
ready to start the new week..monday chest,abs,cardio

Today felt great in the gym,strength was definitely there,adjusting to training in the afternoon is a bit different after a hard day at work,I have been training in the am for years..ate clean today all meals on point..yesterday was chest/abs,was weak and dehydrated workout was not well..tomorrow is a new day.
